A Family Affair!
Established in 2013 in sunny Coolangatta, DEBrews was a project Deb and husband Don, started with a simple mission: to create natural, healthy and economical meals for busy individuals, families......simply for everyone.
Every recipe you will find on the back of each brew was made and tested by Deb, in her kitchen, before they arrive safely at your doorstep.
After leaving Queensland via a stint in Tasmania, DEBrews founds its forever home in Rosebud on the stunning Mornington Peninsula.
DEBrews is a family run business and each brew is handmade by Deb.
Where the BREWing began..
When her daughters, Emma and Kimberley, were growing up, Deb spent many hours in the kitchen, cooking for her family. With that, her affinity for food grew as did her creativity for every meal. Both girls went through a vegetarian phase, so there was a lot of experimenting with ingredients. Deb has always tinkered on the healthier side of food, with always eating wholemeal, which she noticed not everyone did. Such a simple swap and it can make such a difference to your diet.
While visiting Emma, who now lives in Canada, Deb was inspired at a market in Victoria, BC. When she returned home, she started researching and experimenting with different flavours. Soon enough, Deb started selling her brews at local farmers markets. Her tasting samples were a hit and well, you know the rest of the story.
DEBrews are unbreakable. Be it a pot, dutch oven, slow cooker or even a rice cooker, Deb is yet to find a way to not make them tasty. Experiment away with ingredients to add (or not) and cooking methods. Like Deb says, yet to break one yet!
